Accommodation

The Accommodation feature is must have ERP module for organizations which provide accommodation to their staff. With increasing number of staff, companies have to purchase or hire a proportionate number of accommodations. Keeping physical accountability is difficult and improper utilization may cost heavily to the organization. To ensure tracebility of accommodation the employee it is allotted to on the ERP platform.

Copy Center

Salary Certificate

The salary certificate of a company represents the company's reputation. The ERP platform can contain formats for such salary certificates according to organizations requirements which can then be used easily through a central database.

Employee Card

An employee card provides differential access to different areas and requisition of different resources in the organization. For all purpose there are different cards like for normal staff punching card, Account or finance staff need digital punching card and marketing staff need visiting card. Requests for leave is streamlined within the human resource module. Right from the application, tracking as it moves in the hierarchy to its approval can be done very efficiently. With prior knowledge of leave and tasks, embarrassing instances like missing an important file or a part of the sales pitch will not happen.
